Internship Digital training and communication – project team
Move Intermodal is an international logistic service provider, which occupies a leading position in the European transport market. With an own network of offices, transport companies, trains and warehouses, we are able to offer our customers a complete solution for their door-to-door transports in Europe. With a fleet of 2.500 load units, 150 trucks and 40 own trains per week, our more than 280 employees in 7 countries, are able to offer the best possible service to a variety of European companies, among others in the automotive, retail and food industry.
For our office in Genk we are searching for a project team for digital training and communication
During a period of 14 weeks you will gain an insight into our operational way of working. You will investigate the training needs for drivers, both own and subcontractors. Our current paper handbook needs to be transformed towards a digital environment. You will look for the best practice to set up a pro-active web portal. The requirements and demands of our customers are a vital part of the needs. We need an open structure, easy to access by drivers and staff, easy to create and update instructions or movies.
You will build experience in:
- Professional communication with internal and external parties;
- Project management;
- Digital communication;
- Change management;
- IT connect ability
Our shared ambition is to give you a clear view about our communication and training needs. You will have the opportunity to translate your theoretical knowledge into practice and further develop and improve your skills and competences.
We are looking for an ambitious team of interns, who are social, flexible and can work both independently as in a team.
- You are a 3rd or 4th year student in the direction of multimedia / social networks / logistics management.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have a good knowledge of English.
